We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund.
If upon delivery you find a gift has a quality issue, please contact us at sales@laserprintco.com to determine your return eligibility. All returns or exchanges on defective items must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.
Submitting an Order
Please double check the spelling, names and dates carefully on your order before submitting. Once an order is processed and personalized, changes can not be made.
Damage In Transit
We take great pride in the quality of our products and inspect items thoroughly before shipping. However, damage may unfortunately happen during transit. Notify us within five (5) days of delivery by emailing sales@laserprintco.com with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
